We do not accept returns/exchanges or issue refunds for any of our products due to the personalized/customized nature of our products.
If you receive a damaged/defective item or an item with a printing error*, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and send a photo clearly showing the issue so that we can review it and work on getting a replacement sent out. Please contact us as soon as possible, as issues reported more than 7 business days after the confirmed delivery date will not be processed.
*Does not include errors not caught in an approved proof-please double check proofs for spelling/grammar/name errors prior to approving.
*Does not include color variances, as we can not guarantee color matches from what you see on your device monitor to the final printed item. It is impossible to guarantee this type of match and we can not offer replacements for color differences.
Please note that color variances/differences from what you view on your monitor, incorrectly supplied details on your part, or confusion about the material of the product you ordered are not considered errors and will not qualify for a replacement.
